10-90%RH water flow sensor switch
Description
The mechanical part of the flapper flow switch is safely isolated
from the electronic part. The product does not contain bellows that
are easy to cause failures, and electrical components do not
directly contact metal components with large temperature
differences. There is no problem of electrical components producing
condensed water and causing corrosion. It has a variety of types
for customers to choose to adapt to different applications.
KWFS series liquid flow switch has SPDT output, excellent
performance, high precision and reliability, can be installed in
water pipes and non-corrosive liquids to copper, and is easy to
install, the flow value control is adjustable, and the repeated
action point is stable, so that the equipment can be accurately
Control media flow.
Application
Control and monitor liquid flow of boilers, pumps, etc., of

Electrical Wiring
Installation
The flow switch can be installed in every position far from elbows
or throttlings, with arrow on flow direction. If pipe is vertical,
recalibrate range to balance paddle weight. If the device is
downwards mounted, take care to slags and apply it in a straight
pipe that is far from filters,valves,etc.,with length at least 5
times the diameter of pipe upstream and downstream the unit.
Note:
The flow switch is factory calibrated at its minimum sensitivity.To
increase the set valve,turn the adjustment screw clockwise.The
cut-out valve must be ≥the minimum flow necessary to guarantee the
protection of the plant.
